I'm blending trimix, Helium costs were ~$1.10/ft^3 (200ft^3) last time I had to restock in San Diego (right before the end of the year).
Most shops here won't sell mix unless you're taking a class from them on account of the scarcity of it.

Yo dude they sell it at The Edge Dive Center and Ocean Quest. I paid $1.40/cft for helium August 2013 at Ocean Quest, I'm sure you can call and ask for rates. I was always satisfied with the contents of the fill. Nice thread idea helium ain't cheap for the most abundant gas in the universe
