I wish I lived closer to that. It seems like a cool project to document life forms in a clay reef system. It's a unique, well defined environ, that isn't too large to tackle.

This place is the only clay wall I've come across locally, but I think there are some dives in the Puget Sound area that have large clay walls with the clam holes (Day Island?).
