Cave diving in southern Spain

Hi there,

Are there any decent cave or cavern systems anywhere within reasonable distance from Malaga? And does anyone know a good cave or cavern instructor there (in English)?

You could have a look at rivemar.com they are a bit northeast from Malaga, near marazon. Sergi is a full cave instructor and will know all the systems.

Thank you. I will definitely contact him. I have little doubts about UTD especially because I am looking to take the class sidemount and I will not attach my tanks to manifolds.

Any TDI, NAUI, IANTD or something recommendations?

for clarification: I am an experienced diver, sidemount diver and recreational instructor. I might be spending few weeks somewhere in the Costa del sol villages near Malaga and I don't have much to do. I would be interested in doing either cavern diver or more extended cave diver course there and I am trying to find out the possibilities.
