    Hi Grits61!

This is also my first post here on the boards, but I've been a member for a few months. We also produce a full line of nautical jewelry, and we were at DEMA as well. Please feel free to check out our website at www.torgnydesign.com.

We also specialize in custom design, so Paul, maybe I can help you out with that as well

Good to meet you as well Mo2vation!

Torgny Design is the official jewelry supplier for Zeagle Systems....well, at least for the wife and I.

I have numerous pieces of jewelry from Ron, and my wife has even more. There is no one in the dive industry I could recommend more that the fine folks at Torgny Design, honestly.

The "octopus belt buckle" is high on my list of "must have" items!!!

Thanks Scott! How did Amanda like her pearls? I'll see if I can't work up that awesome price you're always asking for on the Octobuckle

    She loved them, as always...

That Octobuckle looks like a rodeo prize. I will hold out for the Torgny scaled down version...lol

Try eBay. I got some awesome manatee silver earrings there at a very reasonable price.

    Thanks.
I like Maori bone and/or jade (pounami) carvings. The kind you want would be a carved fish hook, called a "hei matau" or "Maui hook". They offer strength and protection in the water. You can also get beautiful whale's tails, turtles, etc. You can find them here:
    http://www.aotearoa.co.nz/bones/
    or here:
    http://www.boneart.co.nz/

Or, do a google search for "bone carving". (and you can wear them when you dive...I do!)

    Cheers,
    Doug
