Curt Bowen:
There is one in deep water off the dry tortugas, forget the number
U-2513 - Launched on 14 Sep, 1944 and commissioned on 12 Oct, 1944.
Transferred to USA in August 1945 and used for trials. Sunk at 24.53N, 83.15W west of Key West, Florida during rocket tests by the destroyer USS Robert A. Owens on 7 Oct, 1951.

There are none. Aside from U-2513 (see article in current Advanced Diver Magazine), there was one (U-157) that was sunk in WWII - but that was in the Florida Straits, in super deep water, closer to Cuba than the Keys.

As Mike said there are two know U-boats off of Florida the U2513 which is in about 230 feet and you need to do a special charter to see her and U157 which is in over 1000 feet.

You may hear of others the "U-Wish" and the "U-MyBuddyheardof". Both have never been found.
