I have a ranger ltd I bought in 2003 and was wondering if the shoulder straps can be upgraded to the modern style? I love my bc thanks for the product.

Technically it could, although you'd need to replace the shoulder straps and the waist panel since the current style Ranger LTD uses a different style buckle, seen below.
If you're willing to spend the money on new components you can certainly do it yourself.
