I ordered a Zeagle Zena for my GF. The fit looked great so we went for a dive. We found out her shoulder straps were to big. I hear you can swap them out with a smaller size but cant find just the shoulder strap assemble. Can anyone help me out?

Before you swap them out, are you sure your GF is adjusting her Zena correctly for the right fit? The middle strap should be at her waist (below her rib cage). What you should find is that if the Zena is adjusted and worn correctly, the shoulder straps aren't really important during the dive. The corset holds the Zena and tank securely and it should never move. Where the shoulder section comes into play is when you're on land carrying a tank.
