I, too, log all my dives including the solo dives. I've never been questioned as to the specifics of any one particular dive. (To be honest, I am guessing is all they did was to look through the log book to see that I bothered to consistently log my dives and note the final number.)

When I got my Solo Certification, SDI had required 100 logged dives. After I finished the course, I had to turn in my log book and my instructor signed my log book after the last entered dive. If anyone in the future questions my log book (and I doubt this would ever happen), then I'll just show them that some other instructor signed off on those prior dives.

I log all my dives and dont really give a rats *** about wether someone think solo divers should be castrated.
My log is for my own sake primarilly and if they want a certain number of dives for whatever class, Im sure I can find someone else that will accept my solo dives just as well as the ones where I have an assigned buddy, who usually dont sign my book either. I think the only dives thats signed was my OW course dives. My AOW course dives is not signed. But they say "Night dive (AOW)" and alike, and who cares anyways? My cert papers is signed by the instructor and I have the card..
All my dives have some essential notes filled in, one of them is "BUDDY: " followed by a name or a remark (usually "nope").
So, if people want to punish me for being honest, say goodbye to my money, Ill take it elsewhere..
If I forged my log, who says Im not showing you the backup computer of a friend of mine if you check that?
To conclude this rant, either you trust that Im honest and atleast see me dive before turning me dive or you wont get my cash. I log all my dives and all of them says wether I had a buddy or not.

I don't sign my solo dives in my log book, just get the scuba park to stamp it on the back.

We should have a stamp library for all the new stamps we make up for the non-park locations. (Hehe, but yeah, that'd work for scuba parks and such.)

That would be fun. Me likey stamps and collect as many as I can (favorite is Coz.)

I log my solo dives with all the same info in my logbook I just write "solo" in the dive buddy signature part.

I think somebody else already mentioned it, but I log my dive as normal and on the buddy signature and cert. #. I just sign my name and put my cert # down.
