You'll get an answer soon from someone I'm sure, but to hazard a guess ... 56* at depth

.... I'm hoping praying for 60* and above .... Wimpy Wet Shore Diver that I am

Any idea what the thermocline depth is? 60's easy peasy but if we're going colder than that I want my dry gloves :D

Ber, We don't really have a hard thermocline, it was 68-69 on the surface and gradually went to 59 at 65' fsw, last Saturday. Pack for cool water.

What? No "so defined you can see its haze, stick your hand in it and freeze because it's 20 degrees colder than the water your body is in" thermocline? You're trying to spoil me aren't you :eyebrow:

Sunday my comp. registered 63 at the surface and 60 at 105fsw.

I LIKE your computer! Mine's an optimist as well :D

Sounds like the 400g undies should do the job without the extra layers then  I know, normal people don't wear underwear that heavy unless the water is below 40 degrees---who said I was normal?:jump3:

I'm so excited I can hardly stand myself! I want to start packing right now but Spectrum is coming to town and we're diving Sunday so packing has to wait

That's odd, on Sunday my computer showed temps around 60 degrees through ~40', 57 degrees at ~60', and 53 degrees at 100'.

Definitely a bit more brisk at depth... felt a nice thermocline somewhere around 70', IIRC, where things warmed up noticeably.

All in all, I was not overly upset about spending most of the weekend below 40', since I was diving wet!

Well DUH! But do I need flannel or lace? :eyebrow:
Ber :lilbunny:
Clearly, the answer is "neither". :eyebrow:

What's the latest on the water temp? I need to figure out my underwear :D
Ber :lilbunny:

Generally So. California divers don't wear anything under their exposure suit :eyebrow:

I did think it was odd at the time, but looking at did make me feel warmer!
