I think a bungee cord with a break-away connection might work better?Isn't that why they make duct tape??
Ever drain the liquid from a shop compressor? Water precipitates some under pressure and collects some yucky contaminants, but the air is still unfit for breathing under pressure. We have a macho compressor in our farm shop and a good gasoline powered one on one pickup - storage tanks in the others.Ah, yes a work shop air compressor. Yeah... that would not be good! I don't think he would do that... On second thought, maybe I will just send him a quick text...
What might work better for him tho, might be to tell him that among the NO-NOs of using shop compressor air is the the precipitation will hurt his equipment.
