I just had two done at Oahu Fire Protection Services.

It cost $20 per tank for both Hydro and VIP. I dropped them off on a Monday and received a call on Friday of the same week they were ready.

For Maui you can also add:

Pacific Dive in Lahaina
Pacific Dive, Maui Scuba Diving Center in Lahaina, Maui
last time I checked it was $25/hydro/VIP/fill

Kinda related, I just returned from Oahu Fire Protection services to get 9 tanks hydro'd and found out they will also tumble tanks for $18.50 (they are doing 2 of mine atm) Unfortunately no O2 cleaning

Useful information! I wonder if they'll do storage bottles too ... I have 4 444s that are just now out of hydro. Gonna be a pain in the butt to get those things into the back of the 4Runner...

Sandwich Island also now does hydros on the Big Island. Just got their permit in the last couple of weeks.
