Never had such an experience. Just because you have, doesn't mean everyone else has too.

But if I did have such an experience, I surely would not "rocket" to the surface.

I heard it turns pee into a dark blue color so everyone knows who the culprit is.

Thats why the ocean is so blue........Divers peeing!
