My new year's resolution is to dive smaller caves. Already started out very nicely. Did a dive Saturday in a small river cave, went through a couple of holes that didn't look big enough for me to fit but amazingly were.

Howdy ya'll. HeHe, that was my cowgirl saying. We might be heading up to Buffalo Chip in Cave Creek tonight, so I figured I'd better start practicing my Howdy and Yee Haw!

Anyone have any plans for the weekend? Im super stoked for my Cards and Chargers games this weekend. However I will be glad when football season is over. My beer belly needs a rest before summer.

No plans this weekend yet. I do have to work tomorrow morning though. Client is doing some hardware upgrades so I have to be on site dark and early.

Ugh, work on a Saturday.

I have always liked working on Sat and having a weekday off.
Stores, food, movies, banks all open and not crowded.
Lakes, river everything is better.
Right now it seems hard to take any free time.
O-well, things will get better!

Aloha!

How is everyone doing?

Okay, this is my current mask, and its ginormous, and leaks...

Anyone have any suggestions or feedback on the below? Its Oceanic Pioneer.

Does the Pioneer fit you? We've had good luck with the Oceanic Shadow (both sizes) and the Mares X-Vision masks.

My X-Vision leaks like a sieve and fogs no matter how much I scrub it. I end up using my Scubapro Frameless.

I haven't used the Oceanic, but a smaller mask will probably help you. Aqualung makes a tiny mask that is beastly expensive but clears with little puff. You might also look into a Cressi, as some of their masks are quite small.

I've gone through a lot of masks and only a few actually work for me. My current mask is the OMS ICU mask that is low volume and fits great. My last mask was a TUSA Platina which worked great. With the number of dives I do, though I end up having to replace masks at least once a year and the OMS is much more affordable at less than half the price of the Platina.

Thanks for everyones help. I think my best bet will be to go to a dive shop or two, and see if theyll let me jump in the pool with their demos.

Anyone have any plans for this weekend? Im diving on the Scubateers Boat Saturday...
