excellent for y'all! i'm down 14 so far.

Ain't that the truth tho - if I tell myself once, I tell myself a thousand times a day, the weight didn't come on overnight, it won't disappear overnight...
Off to drink more water ;-)

I'm down 26.8 as of my last weigh-in!! I'm averaging around 1.8 pounds lost per week, which seems like a pretty good rate.

Sometimes it's a chore to track everything, but then I look at my stats and remind myself that it'll be worth it in the long run. I've also been adding in exercise of some sort most days and I'm seeing it in my flexibility and muscle tone.

excellent! yeah, i'm doing some yoga (good for reaching valves!) & i'm down 18 now. a tortilla with 2T hummus is 3 points! and yummy!

I lost 61 Lbs 4 years ago with points. Have not put on a pound since. I still eat the WW prepared stuff because it's easy to count points! Great diet. The card system that they use at meetings drove me insane.

I am on it, or something close to it (the plan). Like everybody says, stay with it and it works slowly...but it works. I hover between 20-25 lbs down, still a ways to go.

Problem for me is portion control. I can cook tasty healthy food...and the tasty part is the problem.

On another note, diving in the Pacific Northwest can pose a small problem as you can get ravenously hungry after a few dives in the cold water...even if you stay hydrated and are snacking in between dives to keep the blood sugar level from dipping too low.

It has been my experience that diving and the cold combined really take a hit on the reserves and it can be difficult to not go crazy on a meal after a few dives.

yep, 26 down for me so far...slow but trending down is what i'm aiming for!

Been on it for a little over a year and I am down 60 pounds. Have another 30 do go before I get to where I want to be. . .

hooray for you! i'm down 34. i've been taking a 'plan vacation' for a couple of months, though, so i'll hit it again hard in a bit & hopefully drop another 30 or so. the good part is that i'm definitely not re-gaining, so some of the portion info seems to be sticking this time.

because i will *definitely* eat more than i need to or even want to. sigh.

yay yay yay us!
