I just called the PDIC office to try and find out if my stuff even came through by email and the person who answered the phone proceeded to SCREAM at me because I DARED to call then threw the phone on the table. This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS treatment. They now will not answer the phone.

I've also attempted to call 5703421480 and the line rang through once, and is now busy. I'm infuriated, as I'm sure I will now not be able to get my card over-nighted and it will effectively ruin a trip to key west I had the opportunity to go on.

You asked for a supervisor?:shocked2: Was it a man or woman that answered? Cause if it was a man you should have asked to speak to his wife or mom depending on who answered. If it was a woman you could have asked for her husband or son. Asking for their supervisor was really asking for trouble
. PM Trace Malin for info on what you need to know. PDIC is literally a family run operation. All three of them. Someone else may be hanging out from time to time but there is no full time staff person. I'd suggest going thru your instructor first.

Family run or not, he called me a stupid ****er for calling him and trying to make sure he got what he needed and could get everything done when he could. He literally spent five minutes screaming at me, threw the phone on the table, and was having a conversation with someone in the back about going to the bathroom. He then hung up on me again.
Look I work for a police department answering phones. If I don't get yelled at, called a mofo, and told they'll have my job and I'm worthless twice before breakfast is cold, something's going wrong or I've been so busy I missed it. THERE WAS NO CALL FOR THIS.
