IMO, Eduardo is a very knowledgeable/experienced diver. Of course i only talk to him a few times a year when im down at vortex. I enjoy talking and learning from his conversations. its amazing all the small little tips and details he has told me about diving. but then again im not the most knowledgeable diver or dive that often maybe 25/30 dives a year on average. if memory serves me correctly his roots was/is a commerical diver.

why bother to move the body?

"Oh nos, an untrained diver dies in a cave, let's cover it up by lugging his 200+ pound body and 180+ pounds of gear across the video-taped parking lot and hide it!" "While we're at it, let's leave his stage and deco tanks behind, some of them in open-water, and we should probably leave his vehicle behind too." "Let's be sure to take the polygraph test afterward."

I can believe that he was jacked in the parking lot, disappeared on his own, I can even believe (barely) that he's buried under a ton of sand in the cave, but Eduardo finding and then carting off the body seems a little too far-fetched imho.

This does seem to have some potential. I wonder if the surveillance video ruled this out, or left it as a possibility.

There was a report of an intoxicated person who MAY have been looking for him, and then since he owed the Feds money, he may have owed others. Just wait at the car 'cause he has to show up sooner or later.

My understanding was that the videotape was "inconclusive", which just means it didn't SHOW him entering or leaving the water (because there was a blind spot), and also didn't show him sneaking off into the woods, or being waylaid in the parking lot, but absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence.

Is there a map or picture online that shows the inside of the cave? How narrow does it get in the restrictions? Any clue how many divers have actually made it through to the 4th?

Doak, on the Investigation Discovery channel, Edd Sorrenson stated that the restriction is so small that he had to turn his head sideways to get through. So, how wide is your head, ear to ear?
