Ok, well - the experience you described originally was not acceptable even at $99. From your version anyway, it was totally unsafe and unacceptable by any standards. Good luck on doing training correctly from a safe Instructor.

That is why God provided us with credit cards. Cancelled charges bring in bank investigating the situation, any investigation is not something the instructor of that quality would want to have

Especially with the "God" credit card; that would likely be a brutal investigation...
