Gotta do it once.

Edit: I'll be 60 by time we get to Bonaire. If my tired old 60-year-old knees can haul equipment, anyone can try. I'm very excited about the entire trip. Don't want to miss any of it.

TT and Insta-Gator,

Guess I will have to try it! Insta-Gator, maybe we can walk those steps together!! My almost 65 year old knees will try to keep up or we could invite some younger bodies for the trek!

Some young bikini gals inthe lead to motivate. :D

If you can figure out what it says, don't worry about the spelling :D Tapatalk+Autocorrect

Gary, I'll be the baby of the group at 58, lol. If my piece of $#!+ back can handle it, I'll be with ya, giving it my best. The sites where you see the vehicles parked right on the beach do have their attraction though...

Wisdom is a good thing. Sometimes it won't fit in the luggage.

It's only 60+ steps, not 1,000. :D

Gents, I bought a new BC last year, an Aqualung Axiom. The fit of this BC puts the weight of the tank on your hips rather than pulling back on your shoulders. It's great for trips where you have to carry your tank.

I'm sure other manufacturers make BC's that fit similarly. If you're thinking of a new BC then this is something to consider.

It really is a beautiful site and creates some great photo ops! Here are a few of my favorites.

Thanks, Roxanne. Doesn't look too steep and the beach looks like a pretty easy entry.
