The RX100II has a 28mm equivalent lens so the wet mate is not really an option. On the LX7 you can have the wet mate for 24mm and the Inon if you step zoom to 28mm. There is a potential vignetting issue using the nauticam LD mount. No issues with the M67 mount and with the fix LD adapter for the LX7.
The Inon lens is expensive but really the best option for wide angle video for the RX100 because it also has an optional hood that protects the lens and avoids flare.
For the LX7 you don't really need the extra field of view for reef scenes but maybe for wrecks is desirable. Take into account that the RX100 image stabiliser also crops the image so with the Inon you get an equivalent fov of 95 and not the 100+ you should get
I have tried also another Inon wider lens but I am not happy with the quality in the corners in comparison although the lens is wider for me optical quality is the most important thing not 10 degrees more fov that I can compensate with my fins
