I just purchased a new A300cs. The Bluetooth does not work. It will not show up on my Ipad, IPhone or MacBook Pro(newer). I downloaded the Diverlog 1.1.0 app to MacBook, can't connect to A300cs either with BT or USB. Pulled older Win7 laptop out and loaded software from Aeris disk. I can connect to and up/download from DC. Also when going through menus on DC it locks up on "set alarms" and "view preview screen". The only way to get out of it is to remove the battery. Should I return this unit or am I doing something wrong?!

I ran into a problem with DiverLog for IOS after updating to IOS 8.0. Specifically, my logs would no longer load after the update. Not only could I not view them, I could not delete them or edit them. I solved the problem by deleting diver log with all of the logs, and then reinstalling it. The sample logs then loaded properly and I was able to delta them and then synch my dives from my laptop.Just in case anyone else runs into the same problem . . .

I have the same problem, both on my iPad and my iPhone. I'm reluctant to reinstall the apps, as I don't have a full electronic backup independently of those two devices. I'm glad that I still keep a paper log.

Same problem here, or more accurately an app crash upon attempting to access my log.

I hadn't really noticed until I saw your post since I've essentially given up on Diverlog on the Mac and iOS in favor of MacDive 2 and Dive Log.

I just purchased an A300 CS and managed to get it talking to my 2011 Retina MacBook Pro via USB and my iPad 3 via Bluetooth. The A300 has the latest firmware. I was UN-successful getting the A300 to talk to the MacBook via Bluetooth (which is Bluetooth 4.0 LE capable).

Any pointers appreciated.

Ron

I can synch with my iPhone, but not my MacBook Air via bluetooth. Let me know if you figure it out. It may not be possible.
