The next Invasion is in the Philippines June 18 - July 1 2016

I assume you are asking about the 2017 Invasion. It will be in June 2017 since that is the birth month of ScubaBoard.
It is way to far off for any other details.

Cardzard, I wish I could have made the Philippines trip, but I don't have the time to plan that. How early are the invasions usually planned? Hopefully I'll be able to make the 2017 trip!

@cardzard , I'd like to know if you have any ideas as well. The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Roatan Invasion and want to make another group trip with the gang. Great diving and great company and new friends!!

Past ScubaBoard Invasions

Plus another 5? years of Invade the Keys before that. I think this was the first one:
SB INVADES THE KEYS... July 14-16, 2006!

Thanks. So, looks like about 5 years of annual Florida Key's Invasions, followed by...

2011 - Cozumel.
2012 - Cozumel.
2013 - Bonaire.
2014 - Roatan.
2015 - Cozumel.

And then 2016...The Philippines.

Really decided to 'go long' on this year's, huh?

Of course, in late 2015 there was the 'Surge' event to Curacao.

What's the difference between something like the 'Surge' event vs. an 'Invasion?'

How common are these 'Surge' type events?
