I want to buy a wide angle lens and would be glad to receive some help.
Epoque DCL- 30, Ikelite W- 30 and Bluewater WA-110 are the same lens? Are they good? is there a better choice?
I read that in photos taken at 24mm with this lens the corners are black - is it right?
Thanks

I use a Canon s95 with Ikelite housing with the Inon UWL 100 wide angle lens. Very happy with the sharpness of the image.

You'll have to zoom in to 28mm to remove the black corners from your shot :)

We have found that the Ikelite W30 works really well with point and shoots in Ikelite housings. With all wide angle adapters you will need to bump your zoom into 28mm to avoid vignetting.

I saw both answers just now, thanks a lot!
I saw that the Inon gives the possibility to add a dome, does the Ikelite too?

I have an Ikelite W-20 with red filter that I am no longer using, if anyone wants to try out wideangle without spending too much money. $240 shipped in U.S.

if u r looking for WA will u buy Inon UWL 100 or get the ikelite W30 ? #stillsurveyingwalens
I like the versatility of the UWL H100. You can get good wide angle (about 100 degrees) and if you want to go even wider you can add the dome. The Ikelite is a good lens too you just don't have the option of adding the dome for a wider angle of view.

thanks matt for the answer..hunting mode on!:D
