I liked it better the way it was, but that's just my opinion. I hope Adrian does well with it.

I don't think it is Adrian at all. There is another guy pushing it all the time. Don't know if Adrian still owns the building? He was selling the kite shop I think.

I also preferred the "old" Especias but my wife likes the "new" Italian version better. IMHO the top 3 Italian fares are: #1) Guido's, #2) Sorrisi & #3) Especias but it is a tough call because they all are very good. I don't think Adrian has anything to do with the restaurant operation at Especias anymore, except maybe landlord.

Last time I was there was a couple of years ago. At the time they told me that he still owned the business but wasn't as involved in running it as he was before. Also, they didn't serve the Indian Shrimp any more, so we went somewhere else. Kondesa, I believe.
