Will the Eon Steel give you a warning when you approach the MOD depth when diving Nitrox? As an example, if I have it set to Nitrox 32 at 1.4 bar the maximum depth would be 106 feet. will I get a warning when I approach this depth?

So it will be as I approach the Max p02 rather than a depth. Thanks DD!

The MOD for EAN32 is 111 feet

The Eon will show the MOD for the PO2 setting.

If you set the PO2 to 1.2 the MOD will be less than it would if you set the PO2 to 1.6

Now bear in mind that on the Eon you set the MAX PO2. If you remember your nitrox you are recommended that the Norm is 1.4, with contingency of 1.6. If you set the PO2 to 1.4 then the Eon treats 1.2 as the norm and 1.4 as the contingency.

I run my Eon with a Max 1.6 setting, and have PO2 showing on my air screen. It's all personal of course.

I have EAN32 set at 1.4 ATA and the computer shows MOD 106, it should be 111 on the PADI table I have. If I Move to ATA 1.6 the computer shows MOD 126, it should be 132 on the table.
Do all the Suunto dive computer's read 5 to 6 feet shallower than the tables or is it just the Eon Steel?

Maybe someone from Suunto will give you an answer.

I wondered if it had something to do with altitude, but that would work in the opposite direction if surface pressure was less than 1 atm.

There was a mod chart at BA in Cozumel that showed 106 as the 1.4 mod for 32%. I questioned it and they said they got it off of a computer.
