I have a Hollis SMS75 which has pretty small loops for D-rings installed and there's not enough room for multiple reels, lights, whatever plus it's hard to find the D ring to clip things back onto it. So I'm looking to replace it with larger D rings as shown in the link below but it's way too pricey especially with the exchange rate to Canadian dollars.

Is there another source for this type of hardware?

Highseas Double Counterlung D-ring

I installed many D-rings on my shoulder and waist belt webbing using a D-ring and a belt slide. I think I got most of it from DiveGearExpress. You will notice that the belt slides are not flat. This helps when adding a D-ring. There are also D-rings with a bend that hang out so they are easy to clip to. I have a few on each shoulder strap 2" webbing and one on belt ( can fold flat). The bent chest ones since they are hanging down will not fold flat.

I bought a similar double D-ring from Dive Gear Express, a few weeks ago - but I don't see it on their website at this time. You might give them a call and see if they'll get it back in stock.

Thanks @wetweldat that is the harness I decided to go with as well. No sternum strap planned and I can see a triglide working for the looped bungee. However, I think I will add a Double Offset S/S Rigid D-Ring from DGX $ 3.00 for the bungee loops.

I may end up with simple triglide but going to go with this one for now.
What are eggbeaters?

I have an email question to DGX if they are going to restock this item. Will let you know.

best ones are made by Deep Sea Supply, then the Highseas one that you linked. I'm sure John will match Piranhas pricing if you call. The ones from DGX are much thinner metal and just feel cheap, so you get what you pay for. They work just fine, but feel cheap because they are. I'm surprised they don't have them in stock right now, but will likely be getting them back soon
