Signed my niece up for Discover through ECS and going to ride the boat to the jetties with her and family. Anyone want to stop by and say hi? Ill just be snorkeling, but should be a good dive day too. High tide is at about 11am I think. We'll be out there from about 9-11.

Hope you get great weather - somewhat selfishly I hope to be about 4 miles south of you during those same hours on one of the Destin Dive boats! I'm doing my Rescue Diver with ECS the 4th and 5th next week.

Interesting you're doing Rescue from a boat. I thought most Rescue courses had the scenarios done from shore. I'd be interested to know what they were like (ei., will you bring an unconscious diver up from depth?). I've taken a few courses with ECS years ago. Say hello to Anna, Ray for me. Tom

ECS is always awesome. Great shop, great staff, everyone is really friendly and knows that theyre doing. I believe Anna and her shop are one of the top shops in the country for training.

And last weekend was no change from that. My niece was well taught and taken care of and really enjoyed her experience. Unfortunately water was still a bit murky from the rains. And a little chilly at 72f.
