While I see this as useful to apply firmware updates without a computer, I find the program itself pretty inferior to Dive Log which I have been using for a few years. Dive Log presents the dive info in a much more clear and organized way and requires much less scrolling to get to data. SWC is a good start, but it has a ways to go to be competitive - glad to see they are trying and the mobile firmware updating is worth the install on it's own.

I also see a bug where the max dive listed on the main dive screen does not match the max depth listed when you open the dive itself. Also, in scrolling the dive graph, I never see the max depth ever being reached - no such issue on Dive Log.

The Shearwater Cloud App also doesn't get the Computer right? It shows it as a Perdix, while Dive Log correctly shows it as a Perdix AI.

Again, I applaud them for creating this - but still lots of growing to do before I'd consider switching to it as my log program.
What is that app u use for dive logs cuz the beta has my logs all jacked up it will read dive 1,2,48,48,49,51 instead of 1,48,49,50,51 like I have it set up to do

There is an Android version too, but it is a little different (not sure if it has as many features - looks a little more basic?)

Diving Log - Android Apps on Google Play

Both the iPhone and Android mobile apps work with Diving Log 6.0 for desktop:

Diving Log 6.0 - Features Desktop Version
Thanks looks like a great app but don't want to spend 39$ on it would rather use my shearwater desktop when it works lol also I like the cloud app but it's real buggie for me at the moment

Shearwater Cloud is only a Beta and, knowing Shearwater, they'll work out anybugs with the actual release - be sure to reach out to them and let them know your issues.

It does work great for firmware updates, which is especially useful as I am still running Windows 7 so would not be able to update my Perdix firmware without the Cloud Beta.q

BTW - the Android app is not $39. That is the desktop Diving Log 6.0 program and you don't need that to use the Android or iOS phone apps - but they do work well together if you happen to have both.

Oops, you are right - that is the way that the Android version works. On the iOS version, I can transfer the logs via bluetooth directly from my Perdix to Dive Log on my iPhone. It's very convenient and you really don't need the desktop version.

I still have the desktop version as a backup and synch the mobile version after each trip in case the phone dies, gets lost or stolen. That is why the Shearwater Cloud will be good as you can synch to backup on the fly from wherever you are as long as you have internet access!!

iOS version 1.0.1 does not properly display dive graphic on the iPad.
