I need to restore the rubber exhaust deflectors on two old style Scubapro 108s

You must have one of the older 108s with the round exhaust port. I have a few different tees that will fit. One is an original tee that came with the 108, one is a NOS universal tee, and one I believe is also a universal tee that must have come before the newer style.

BTW if you're a fan of the 108, I have a few that are in different stages of rebuild and range from show room quality to, well....let's just say they have character.

It's the round exhaust port. I also have one that is missing the piece the hose screws into. That and the orafice that sits inside. I suspect the seller had a spline hose and didn't know what they were doing and used a regular wrench on the only flats he saw.

Is there a snowball's chance Scubapro would still have any NOS on those two parts? Or if I can find one that is otherwise trashed but has that assembly for sale. The reg itself is otherwise in super shape.

PS, I am going to start by trying this with one tee and it works, do the other. I may need to take you up on the tee but I am going to try and science this thing first. This could prove a useful technique to restore old, questionable parts for other divers. Thanks for the offer of assistance.

I have a "parts doner" 108 that may be what you need. It is just the body (no cover) and the inlet fitting-it also has an exhaust tee which will fit the round exhaust port. The 108s with the rounded exhaust port were pre "High Performance" therefore the orifice is part of the fitting and is non-adjustable. Does your 108 with the missing inlet have a lever, poppet, and spring?

It appears to have that. I can see the rubber LP seat through the hole.
