If I were to pick, the ones that caught my attention are the MK16/S550, MK10+/S555, and the MK10/G250. Each of these second stages are balanced unlike the R380.
No upgrades necessary. At the most, simply pair the unbalanced second stages with the balanced first stages and vice-versa.
If you MUST (we all get that way sometimes) buy something out of the the list you provided-my vote is for the MK10/G250.

Thanks everyone, I bought the 555/mk10 with a scubapro air2 3rd gen
Keep in mind that should you ever need to share air, you are now task loading yourself during the other guy's emergency.
You gave him/her your primary. You're breathing off your Air II. You two are now doing an OOA ascent. You will need to keep an eye on your buddy, since he/she may be too freaked to remember to vent the BCD as you two ascend, and you may have to do that for him/her.
While you are doing that, you have to vent your own BCD too, which may require you to remove your reg from your mouth to elevate your hose every time you vent. Do you really want to be doing all those things at once? When the other diver may not be fully in control?
That's why I gave up my Air II's and went back to a standard alternate second stage. It or my primary never leaves my mouth, and I have one more hand to deal with stuff.

Although I now use a 40" hose and bungeed backup, I find @rslinger overstates his case against the case against the air2, from my experience using the device. Dealing with an OOA diver can be a clusterf**k, but it is usually due to lack of practice and not knowing and maintaining your gear. As a matter of fact, one of my buddys dives a BP/W with an air2 without issue.
The reason I changed configuration is that I'm old and can fall on the rocky beaches of NorCal, and I can access the bungeed backup without hands should I face plant into a tide pool and have problems getting up. I haven't needed it yet, but have gone down on occasion.

But I prefer the simpler (in my mind) DS4/DST or Hog D1/D3 style diaphragm regs as they easy to adjust without shims and are O2 compatible I am not sure about the GR400 and O2.

A piston reg does not necessarily need to use shims to adjust ip. For example, the modern Scubapro MK-21 and MK-25 are able to be adjusted (within a range) without shims. The vintage Aqua-Lung Aquarius and Sherwood Maximus are able to be adjusted without shims also. I am sure there are other piston regulators that can be adjusted without shims.
