ok, the pop up ads are back in force when I click on threads.
Chairman Pete asked for screen shots so this is what I am seeing:

When I click “close” I get switched from SCUBABOARD to this:

Lucky yours says you are a winner. Mine said I had huge quantities of explicit images from visiting sites, and I needed to click a button to commence removing them from cache....even had the same countdown timer.. was difficult to bypass as it disables buttons like "back", but found it opened multiple pages, so I was able to just close it as a page, and the browser still functioned.....

brand new phone....

I get the Google winner thing, disabled b Java script, send to keep them at bay but causes other minor usability issues with the site.

One annoyance, buttons like edit do not work so fixing typo's becomes cumbersome.

I usually access Scuba Board through the Internet Explorer web browser, but when I start having problems with pop-ups or slowness or non-functioning buttons, I switch to another option like Google Chrome or Moxilla Firefox and that usually eliminates the problem. I have found that I need to rotate browsers periodically because they all have issues off and on. It's a bit annoying but I would rather change browsers then deal with the annoyances.

Sometimes logging out and in, or shutting down the computer and rebooting will help, but not always.

My issues were while using Chrome....

Then try Internet Explorer, that may help. It seems to be a roulette, and they all have issues periodically - at least that has been my experience.

Getting same as well only on SB.....safari here.

Same here.... chrome on android. Cleared browser cache and whatnot. Restarted phone. No additional problems since.
