Doesn’t work on mobile at all. Can’t bring up any products when clicking the menu. Search doesn’t work, either.

Which phone do you use?

The menu is not working on the home page using iOS.

If I use the links at the bottom and navigate to another page the menu then works.

It is possible as I make affiliate system code changes, the menu may go up/down. I just checked on my phone (iOS) and it is working properly. Try clearing your cache if it doesn't work now. But I can't guarantee it won't be broken again in a few hours. lol.

Went to the site yesterday to price a backplate and wing package. It appears that none of the options work.

Also, would like to re-order an earlier order. Is all history gone?
 
Humm, maybe I should have just called to place order. Tried to place order for a set of fins 3/13, couldn't get payment submitted using Edge browser, and couldn't even get to Cart using IE11. Finally had to roll over to Chrome. Placed order which indicated it went through, but never received a confirmation mail of the order. Generally a pretty frustrating user experience and not one to instill confidence in customers.
 
@RVBldr Depending on what time you order, Bill or myself may be doing code work on the backend. I did check your order however, and the logs show that the order confirmation email was sent, but that Comcast rejected it. Unfortunately I can't do anything about that if they refuse the connection.

I myself do not use windows, but @wbatten1 (Bill) does, and we have tested on Edge and IE11, both of which work for us. If you were given an error code please forward to us, but as of a few days ago, everything should be fine, save our late night work on the affiliate system. Try clearing your cache, as you may have previous code stored in your local browser.

@Charles2 When products are out of stock, they disappear from the possible options in the dropdown. When only 1 item remains in stock, it defaults to that option, which explains why you were not able to edit the package. We are currently OOS on 20# wings, steel plates, and trim pockets. Hence it defaults to a 30# aluminum setup.

For those curious, we test on IE 11, Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Silk and Opera. We check these (where applicable) on iOS, OS X, Android, Chrome OS, Winblows 10, Winblows 8, and Ubuntu. If any of you are using something different, please let us know.

As a double check, I just threw a pair of fins in ye ole' shopping cart and submitted a purchase on Edge- it went through without any problem (and then I promptly refunded myself since I already have several pairso_O). Can you elaborate on what was happening when you tried to submit? (I used CC as my payment method, I didn't bother with Paypal checkout this time... is that what you used?)
