Desert diving isn't a thing....

Hi there!
New to scubaboard and excited about this resource into diving information. I'm from southern Utah and unfortunately there is no diving near me other than a couple man made lakes. We take a holiday once a year for about 3 weeks and go diving in the Caribbean. This year we're headed to Curacao. We've been before but there is still more to explore! Any hidden gems anyone would like to share... Please feel free!

Ohh... That's a hearty no way for me. Lol... This girl has issues with being claustrophobic, so either a lake with decent visibility or the ocean for me. Thank you so much for the suggestion though!

I feel your pain (although the near-desert island here is surrounded by ocean with great diving). I've enjoyed Caribbean diving, but you ain't seen nothing yet until you hit Asia and the South Pacific.

There is Homestead, UT with the Crater Dome, an hour east of SLC. Temperature is 93 and maximum depth is 67 feet. There isn't a whole lot to see, but the experience of diving in really warm water is quite nice.
