Be nice to your programmers. I own a couple of VR3's. Do I need more power than that? So why will I never ever regret buying my Petrel 2? (The answer rhymes with 'user interface'.)

Second point. You, being in Canada, are under a different legal system and I LOVE how you address deco.

Press on...

1 old GF 2 Predators 1 Perdix Ai 1 Teric. Need I say more? Now if I could just find a dongle to download from my GF all would be well

Now please allow trade in of old computers (other brands) so we can get new Shearwaters.

Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaseeeeee; You will sell a ton more.

YES!!!! I have a Perdix AI but if you allow for trade in of old computer, I'd trade in my Suunto for a Teric in a heart beat.

And just what do you expect them to do with the crappy computers you’ve traded in?

I don't know. I know other companies have offered trade in deals. If Shearwater can do the same, great. It doesn't hurt to ask. Hopefully they know how to handle this. If they don't, I'll still love my Perdix and some day I'll probably get a Teric. It would just be really nice if I didn't have to try and sell my Suunto before I buy my next Shearwater.

Your customer service is excellent as well.

I don't think that you will find any company in any industry that has received such universal acclaim for their products and their customer service. I really can't remember ever reading a single negative post about them anywhere. I love my JJ controller and my NERD.

Bravo, Shearwater... thanks for everything!

There was an issue with my new Teric on the trip to Palau a couple of weeks back. Within five days of my return home(including a weekend)they had arranged the return of the problematic one and I had a new Teric in my hands. It just doesn't get any better than that.

OK, Shearwater... Just wondering if there is any way you can start making laptops and cars, and maybe start working on bridge and highway maintenance?
