I am aware of of a case many years ago involving a diver's being killed by a speedboat where the outcome was widely viewed as having been skewed by the family fortune of the boat's owner and fraudulent misattribution of the tragedy to a crew member who probably wasn't actually at fault and who had no assets for the survivors to recover. Many see that as a miscarriage of justice, but that was nothing to do with Cozumel dive ops or release forms.

Myself, my son (diver) and my wife (snorkel only)
Since it my first time @ Coz, I'll be diving with my son ( He's done OW checkout dives only and and an ill-fated Quarry dive - he hatred cold and horrible viz, then got stung on his tongue on the surface swim out on the 2nd dive), and have limited time, I'll probable be using the on-site op (ProDive) for convenience. I will be looking at the option of Aldora for the HP120s if I end up doing some dives alone.
