Hi Mods,

Chrome is reporting your certificate as invalid as the pki community no longer trusts Symantec certificates as per a 2016 resolution.

Can you please fix.

No problem on Firefox like I have on Chrome.

You will once Firefox catches up. And, it won't be long before it does. Microsoft will likewise follow suit, if they have not already, for Edge and IE.

Pete, your host needs a new server certificate from a trusted Certificate Authority (like DigiCert). @The Chairman Chairman

I'm still having the issue :(

How I fix? :)

You can't.

The Chairman has to update our site certificate.
Then Chrome will quit complaining.

temporarily Firefox still works for me.

It can take some time to get a new server cert. Depending on what's specified, you might need to wait for the CA to have a "key party," where several individuals gather periodically (weekly is common) to provide the signing key fragments that are assembled into the CA's signing key for the certificates to be issued. In a locked room. That only one person can enter at a time. Where the only thing a key fragment holder can see is a data entry field for her part of the key. &c.

Just updated to Chrome 70.0.3538.77 and it's erroring left right and centre because of Symantec certs.

If you haven't looked at it yet, can I recommend Let's Encrypt? Free TLS certificates and does domain validation so it's virtually instant. Really easy to set up, a tiny bit of work if you want to make it auto renew but you have 3 months to worry about that.

DM me if you need a hand.
