Well imho, I’m grateful for the moderating. I can remember well the other forums, especially the early ones, which descended into flaming wars. I’ve been there and done that and have no interest it. So, kudos and keep up the great work!

It's no fun not knowing why others may not like you. Ask your favorite mod. Even ask your least favorite mod. Before you do, you might want to read this thread first: Accepting criticisms: "You're gonna die!" In fact, the OP of this thread inspired that one.

It is also not fun finding out WHY I might be hated if I ask the Mods. What if they tell me my tasteless limericks are not welcome in serious discussions? Or that I should never post ANYTHING on Any thread Tobin has posted on because he is allergic to my opinion? It may mean having to “change my ways”, the prospect of which is just, so very bleak!

Dale, I haven't moderated you so I'm going to comment here.

The entire TOS (Terms of Service) you agreed to when you signed up can be summed up in two words- BE NICE.

You have failed to meet that agreement repeatedly with your posts here. We don't stalk, we get reports of poor behavior from other users and we check them and have discussions between staff members to decide what, if any, action is warranted.

Be assured that your thread here will not have the slightest bearing on our future decisions. You will be held to the same standards as every other SB user is. If that's unacceptable to you may I respectfully request that you reconsider your participation in our forum?
