Bay Adventures will be sending out your vouchers next week. The diving waiver is available online to print, fill out and bring with you (the link is in the packing thread), and we'll be emailing the ScubaBoard waiver to you in a week or so.

I found the waivers. One is for Ocean Encounters with Nitrox and one for Animal Encounters. Which waiver is for our group?

They have redone their website. The Nitrox form is the correct form, just skip the 2nd page if you're not using Nitrox.
