I did my drysuit specialty I. Sat dove to 75 feet. I have 12 dives u see me when I start my advanced coarse. I feel pretty good and will be getting out as much as I can. I plan after my advanced coarse diving at night once a week

so but about me. I live on the west coast of bc in Langley so not to far from the ocean. I’m 32 and have always wanted to learn to dive. I’m doing my 3 day private one on one coarse with the dive locker. I be in the pool for 4 hrs today at ubc. Then sat two ocean dives and Sunday two ocean dives. Wish me luck hope to have fun and learn lots.
There's nothing like diving! Enjoy!

Hope you have a great time!

Thanks for all the kind words. I’m going diving Sunday. And first weekend of feb doing my advanced coarse.
Excellent!

One minor note: You said in an earlier post "Sat dove to 75 feet." I had to think a bit before I realized you meant Saturday. I thought you, as a novice diver, did what's known as a "saturation dive" which means you're down so long you can't absorb more nitrogen by staying down any longer.....

This is why I'm a Divemaster and starting my AI soon. I am addicted to the excitement of the students, especially ones like you that get your OW and the diving bug hits you. It's been fun reading your adventure and sharing in your excitement.

Have fun on Sunday and keep telling us about your diving!

Thank you. I just need to find some people to dive with outside the shop. So I can go more often. Own most my own gear now. Just don’t own tanks. Weights and a drysuit.

Could not dive this weekend. My son broke his left pretty bad.
