Hey Guys

We are a small group going to the Sardine Run in South Africa near Durban.

Date is 1 to 7 July. It is a boat with 10 divers and we still have some space left.

Our guides are Walter Bernardis and Daniele Pavan. Both pretty crazy guys from Aqua Wild Africa ;-)

Good diving skills are required and I recommend to have your own diving gear. But there is also possibilities to rent it of course.

In case you are interested, send me a PM and I provide you all informations you need ;-)

From the surnames I would say the guides are both fellow Italians, very likely from Venice area...
Thanks for sharing will contact Aqua Wild Africa
I don't know if I can do the dive this round, if it is not this year maybe next

Hi, I am looking to do the sardine run either from Port Elizabeth/East London in June or Port St Johns in July. Which one would be the best location ? Thanks

I contacted them and they made me a very good impression. This year unfortunately I won't be able to do the sardines run with them but will keep their contacts for the future. I had the chance to talk with Daniele Pavan who is South African but perfectly fluent in Italian, he learnt from his family. He is a nice guy and a very skilled diver. If anybody wants information on the sardines run it's perhaps a good idea to contact Aqua Wild Africa well in advance, even one year before, so that they already provide information and whatsapp contact for any question or to talk directly with them as I did
