Preaching to the choir on SB but I felt this was worth mentioning anyway.

One of the 1st stages on my doubles had IP creep (purchased in Feb 2017, ~70 dives on it) - I called Deep6 and spoke to @cerich who asked me to mail it in for a rebuild. No charge and he told me no need to send in the service kit that came with the purchase as this happened short of the recommended service interval.
On top of that, I got the fully rebuilt reg back in under a week (and this was the week of the Labor Day weekend). I checked the tracking info of the packages and it looks like my reg was rebuilt the day it was received and mailed back to me the next morning.

Yeah ...

Oh, also bought one of the signature 2nd stages - awesome as well!!

Good to know.
Thanks for letting people know. People often complain of bad behavior and don't speak of the good ones.

They are great.
I think that is key to their business model and why their clients don’t need to rely on a LDS for service.
I wanted an adjustment to my regs, but chose to use my LDS anyway (I was curious if they would service the regs, and they did).
Paid for the work and spoke to D6 about it. They wanted to send me a credit for the work, which was awesome, but I declined because I chose to not send it in to D6.
Bottom line is they are great to deal with and I live my regs.

Thanks guys! Always here to help.

It's deja vu all over again!

2 1st stages went in for service and were back to me within a week and I paid for nothing but the shipping to GA - they paid for the return.

Also, looove the 2nd stages. I managed to snag a black one in the approx 20 millisecond window that it was in stock.

Great to hear the good reviews. Anxiously awaiting a restock of DIN signature single tank setups to purchase as my first personal regulator set. Can't wait.

They are on the way (DIN).
