First service question

:eek: At that price, you might as well just buy new regs every time they're due (or, of course, learn to do them yourself...).
Or mail them out... Curious if the $100 is just for the service, or does that include parts? Even with including parts, that's cRaZy expensive!

That does include parts......however shipping to the US is super expensive so also not an economical option. Luckily, as I’m staff at the LDS I get a discount and I service my own regs not serviced through the shop.
 
@cerich Can you read the second post in this thread and tell me if I understood someone incorrectly? I called the shop this Spring and asked about the first service on a used regulator and was told that it was available to the current owner, whether purchased new or not. Now my regs are at the shop and I’m told that it is only for the original owner and I will need to buy parts kits. Is that correct?
