Large house rentals

hi all,

Every year for New Years about 8 families get together and we rent a big house for a few days. For December 2020 we are looking at doing a warm destination and I’ve been working on the group to do Cozumel as there are a couple divers and a couple more interested. Can anyone recommend any websites to find places or specific places to rent? We are looking 6+ bedrooms for a mix of adult couples and adult couples with kids. We’d like something with ocean access ideally beach so the non divers and kids could go in the water there. A pickup point for a dive boat would be a bonus.

Any suggestions?

We've used Enjoy Cozumel a few times and been pretty happy - doing BnB or whatever it's called dealing direct will always be cheaper but Enjoy Coz vets the places so you're pretty sure you're not getting a tinder date when you arrive.
