Any thoughts on liveaboard in Bahamas in September?

from your username I'm guessing you're female. Are you also going solo? The reason I ask is that the Phoenix has 4 double berths only so unless they can split them, you'd be sharing a bed..

it doesn't look to me like the cabins are wide enough to split them either - and sometimes that interferes with bathroom access.

Yes. I'm a female looking to travel solo. Thanks for the tip! I actually don't really like the route Phoenix is taking so might look at other liveaboard options!

The Cat Ppalu is such a nice upgrade from BlackBeards that I'd seriously consider it. More space, you share a cabin with one other person only, no freshwater limits on the showers and indoor bathrooms.

I've been on the Aquacat, but not the others. Wow! is that ever one of the nicest liveaboards out there. Great service, even greater meals and the diving was awesome too. Easy to get to in the Bahamas and while I was there in January, the water was warm enough to go without a wetsuit.

Thanks! My schedule will finalize in two weeks so I'll definitely let you know. But if someone else takes it, then it's fine as well.
