Greetings,

I’m looking into purchasing a Waterproof drysuit. I’ve been leaning towards the D1X Hybrid ISS, but as I do more and more research, it seems that it takes quite some weight to sink it. Now I’ve started looking at other models within the same brand, specifically the D7X Nylotech and the D7 Pro Cordura ISS.

Does anyone have experience with the above mentioned, and can provide any input?

Thanks in advance.

I have two D7 Pro Cordura ISS as does Merry. They are the best drysuits we have ever owned. I've had a Poseidon, USIA, two DUI and three Diving Concepts suits. With close to 800 dives on my Waterproof suits, I haven't had a leak other than when I broke a zipper.

I have the D10 pro ISS, and I like it very much. It does take quite a bit of weight but does help a lot with heat loss. The Ultimate dry glove sys is excellent also, I wouldn’t be able to dive without them.

I have the D1 hybrid and totally rave about it. Great build quality warm, comfortable. You don't need an undergarment with the D1 hybrid

I also got the ultima dry system. Since I'm waiting for the drysuit, haven't been able to test it. Looking forward to it :)
