GoPro macro lenses on AliExpress ?

I have been using wetlense diopter macromate from backscatter for quite some time, but I recently saw the same kind of lens much cheaper on AliExpress (just type gopro macro in search) for 10 to 20 $.
Anyone tried these kind of lenses, and is there a real difference compared to the macromate, which is about 150 $?

Honestly i’m not so sure about the supposedly premium quality of the macromate

Backscatter in Italy is very expensive probably more than in the US but most people say there is no comparison at all with any other similar product... backscatter costs 15 times more than the Aliexpress clone. Dont know if it is 15 times better than the Chinese one, but you bet it’s premium quality, not only compared to Aliexpress but also to European products almost as expensive as backscatter

I’ve had two of the backscatter lenses get bubbles in between the two pieces of the lense. I’ve stopped requesting replacements and have chalked it up to crappy overpriced product.

I just don’t use the macro nor did I replace it. I like the flip idea and use their red lenses.
