Just booked my 4th trip, (15, 16, 18, and now '20) One of my travel partners is about to do his 5th. The dive shop owner I used to work for has been almost 40 times.

Okay, you inspired me to look it up in my log. Every time I post something about my Xth trip to Bonaire I have to estimate because I lost track in my memory. So it appears my six (6) trips have been: November 2009, November 2010, November 2011, November 2014, December 2015, and July 2018.

Did my 13th trip in August of last year when we took our granddaughters ages 12 and 17 on their first ocean dives right after they were certified.. Did my first in`93 which were my first ocean dives. I had just happened to pick up a book about diving in Bonaire at a bookstore and the fact that it was an actual desert island that was out of the hurricane zone sealed the deal. Have stayed at the now long gone Sunset Beach Hotel, Captain Dons, Sand Dollar and for the last 9 years at Buddy Dive. Absolutely love Bonaire. Although shore diving 1000 Steps has become slightly more problematic at 67. Especially toting your granddaughters and your own gear up and down those stairs! Planning a trip for late June of 2020.

As I recall, we were just about neighbors in 2015

you're a better man than I, my kid's 1st trip is my upcoming trip, she gets to carry her gear at thousand steps lol

First trip 2011

14th trip 2019

315 dives for total of 13 days underwater in Bonaire (yes I keep a log)

Next trip booked for May.

At 1.5 trips per year, you save money on those annual marine park tags.

Not enough! Only twice but I will work on that.
