Anyone heard of this liveaboard in Indonesia, so far they only have sleek brochure and nothing else.
The maiden voyage is still like 6 months into the future but the boat is already almost completely full for close to 2 years in advance which seems unbelievable. I wonder if anybody knows anything what is going on.

It's part of the Explorer fleet, according some advertising in Alert Diver I half-remember.

All Star Velocean is a member of the All Star Liveaboards fleet. It is due to splash in the water next month and will run its first trip in April.

For additional information please visit our website - All Star Indonesia Dive Liveaboard Velocean

There is still some availability for 2020 but space is filling in quickly. For full availability you can view our schedule online.

Oops. Apologies for mixing that up.

No worries. We are very excited to introduce Velocean and will post photos of the boat as soon as she splashes in the water.

Not sure however what is going with the reservation system. When looking into the schedule and availability some trips far into the future show all 10 cabins available yet there is no space for a single diver. This sounds bizarre, most other liveaboards allow for shareable cabins. On top of that Velocean advertises it is equipped with two ‘single’ cabins which makes even less sense that no single diver is allowed.

Perhaps the single cabins have been sold already.

Like I said above, if it shows 10 cabins available then all cabins are available, including the singles, the math doesn’t make sense. Also the problem with shareable cabins remain unless there is specific policy not to share cabins but it is nowhere stated.

Ah ok I’m following. I was thinking there was 10 cabins and 2 single cabins. I could see them not allowing singles into the standard cabins. Maybe they will open them up last minute if they haven’t sold.
