I'm using the Uwatec Digital Pressure Gauge for more then 10 years. Now the battery runs LOW.
My dealer told my these batteries are not replaceable. While the manual tells to bring the gauge to a dealer to replace the battery.
Only option I see is to replace the battery myself. But I don't find instructions how to do it.
Can anybody explain how to replace the battery?

If nothing else works, look for a diveshop that has been in business for at least the last 25 years. Those gauges were state of the art 30 years ago, and haven't been made for a very long time so younger shop owners have no experience with them. Unfortunately, I never had one so I can't help you.

there is a guy in the states that does battery changes on NON supported computer im sure he can Uwatec battery replacement service

Nope, he specifically indicates those models are not serviceable. Read down the page.
If he can't do it, you don't have a chance. Time to move on.
?? I can't find on that linked page that the OP's digital SPG is non-repairable. Is it called something else?

you can open the page. Scroll down and it's right under the [Cannot do] in blue letters. Read the text under the bottom timers.

I see this:

No mention of digital pressure gauges. ??

I have an Uwatec BT, but I also have a TEC2G that is a very similar form factor but has a gauge mode and a user replaceable battery. I think I recently saw one for sale here on SB for <$100. You can also download dive profiles if you have an IRdA dongle and a bit of patience.

Ah, pressure gauges vs. digital timers. I had assumed the timers above. Need clarification from the OP.
When I did a search on [UWATEC digital pressure gauge] I mostly get devices that look like the pictures.

I do have (old) pressure gauges with a timer. Don't remember the brand now. Not too hard to replace the battery.
