So you think the Oceanic are better?

I personally have 1850 successful dives using DSAT. so far, seems OK with me. I've been diving Buhlmann for the last 350 dives, also, seem OK to me.

Is there some connection between Genesis and Deep 6?

There seems to be at least a business connection, wouldn't you think? Deep 6 has previously rebranded divecomputer.eu computers, not sure that turned out so well. They have more recently rebranded Divesoft computers, a more established and reputable company. I believe they rebrand other equipment.

Ok so geo 2 uses “DSAT” algorithm which you are claiming is always more conservative than any “ZH-L” (Shearwater / Centauri) based computer???
No, DSAT is relatively liberal. Though not perfectly accurate, DSAT is approximately equal to Shearwater low conservation, 45/95.

Believe it will be $274 after the promotion ends

How are people ordering this? I only see a link to a local retailer who does not have it listed on their website.

OK, last question... How does the screen size and resolution compare to the Oceanic Geo 2.0? I tried to figure this out myself and failed.

I have had this computer in my hand on a few occasions and for a recreational computer, I think you would be hard pressed to beat it.

I found it user friendly and easy to read and will be recommending it to my OW and AOW students.
