I took mine apart because I can’t even get it to come on. The battery is reading 0V even after being connected to the charger overnight. The PCB actually has “AAA” etched under the battery, so I tried it with a AAA battery and it still doesn’t turn on. Does anyone know that it will work with a AAA battery given that those are 1.5V and not the 3.7V of the rechargeable? If it should work with the AAA battery then I will give up and not bother to spend any money on it. Otherwise I can try to source one of those batteries to test.

I had the same issue and just popped one of these in today. Worked like a charm.

Has anyone found an American source or supplier for the CO sensor? The UK source wants 91GBP for it. 75GBP is the shipping.

I sent a note to the manufacturer to see if they have a US distributor. I’ll pass along what I hear back from them.

EDIT: DD Scientific put me in contact with a US distributor, but it is the same one that RayfromTX is already working with to setup something up. I'll wait to hear back from Ray rather then have two of us bugging them with the same request. Thanks Ray for your help!!

I am in contact with the new US distributor. I will have a source to share soon. The cost should be quite reasonable.

I managed to get my hands on an Analox CO meter, they still support them, just don't manufacture them anymore. Coupled with my Divesoft, I've got all my bases covered and don't have to worry about DiveNav and their crappy product and even worse service anymore.
I sold my analox CO when I bought the cootwo. Maybe that was a mistake :). So far my cootwo has been pretty good. We'll see how the diy sensor replacement goes this year.

Thanks for the efforts - keep us posted :)

Would this be for both sensors or just the CO sensor?
